How It Works

WoW Rewards App:

Download the WoW Rewards app from the Google Play Store and register as a WoW Rewards partner. Customize your own reward structure to suit your business (e.g., offer a free coffee/pizza on the 10th visit or a 10% discount on the 15th visit).

WoW Rewards Cards:

Your customers only need one WoW Rewards card, which they can use at all participating outlets. If they don't have one yet, you can provide it. To get you started, we will supply you with 150 WoW Rewards cards. Additional cards can be purchased as your customer base grows.

If a phone or tablet is needed to scan the cards, we offer devices for an additional cost.

Tracking Visits:

Customers simply scan their WoW Rewards card at your location, and their visits will be tracked automatically. 

Grant Rewards:

When a customer hits a reward milestone, the app will automatically notify you and display the relevant reward on the scan result screen. This allows you to grant rewards instantly, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Whether it’s a discount, free item, or other special offer, the app helps you keep customers engaged and coming back for more.
